A Tight Situation

Made on request. I had to render this scene two times - when the first pass was almost finished, some unpleasant artifacts surfaced that I did not see before, so I had to scrap it, make some adjustments (turns out a custom skin shader was the culprit) and started over. In the final pic some artifacts can still be seen (an occasional bright dot here and there), but you cannot even imagine the amount of those white dots in the previous pass :)
